What People Say
Most Liked
Locals rave about the breakfast menu, where the pancakes shine brightest, fluffy and generously portioned, often stealing the show. The hash browns are a favorite too, with their crispy texture and buttery flavor, perfectly complementing any dish. Service here is warm and attentive, with staff eager to refill your coffee cup without skipping a beat.
Additionally, the homey atmosphere fosters a sense of community, where friends exchange stories over steaming mugs of coffee. The ease of dining here, along with the diverse menu, makes it a go-to spot, whether for a quick bite or a leisurely meal.
Most Disliked
While most experiences are overwhelmingly positive, some diners note the occasional wait during peak hours, particularly on busy weekends, which may test patience. The bustling environment, though vibrant, can lead to a bit of noise, potentially making it difficult to have serene conversations.
A few patrons have pointed out that while everything is made with love, there are days when certain dishes may not hit the expectations every single time. Familiarity breeds comfort, but the balance is essential. Overall, these minor drawbacks don't seem to deter loyal customers from returning for their favorite comfort foods.

Tucked away on Wall Avenue in South Ogden, Moore’s is one of those places that’s been around since… well, probably forever. Seriously, it might be older than Google.-yea I just checked…it has been. We rolled in for a light breakfast (times two) and came dangerously close to licking our plates clean. No shame. It was that good. The place was packed with locals catching up over coffee, swapping stories, and solving all the world’s problems before 10 a.m. The kitchen was buzzing—maybe because Easter’s around the corner, or maybe that’s just how they roll. Either way, the vibe was great and the food hit the spot. If you’re into hearty breakfast, small-town charm, and friendly chaos, Moore’s is your spot.

Great service, food came out fast and tasted great. We ate the pancakes, eggs, ham, and hash browns. The pancakes are amazing, fluffy and portions are huge. The eggs were made to order perfectly. The server came around offering to warm up our coffee without being intrusive. Great place, highly recommend.

If you are looking for small town restaurant, this is the place to come. Our server was fun, personable, and you could tell she knew her regular customers. I really loved the simple atmosphere of this place. Food was served hot, good portions, coffee tasted like coffee and not three day old swill. We had the Spanish skillet with sour dough toast. Eggs cooked to perfection, hash browns were crispy and buttery, not greasy. The western omelette was very good with port, gooey cheese, good amount of ham and mushrooms, hash browns were delicious. We will be back for great service, atmosphere, and great food. 7-29-23 came back for another visit. Amanda was our server, another great experience with customer service and food!!! Smothered burrito with ham. Verde sauce had sausage, peppers and a touch of heat. I could have eaten a bowl of this. Chicken fried steak, very flavorful gravy, good crust and seasoning on chicken. This was a return visit that was as great experience as the first.

This is a place if you want to have a delicious traditional breakfast. Service was excellent, and food comes to our table quickly and hot. The biscuits and gravy were excellent. And they have the most delicious bacon.

The food was good and the portions were big. The 5 stars are not for the food, it’s for the amazing team of women who run this restaurant. Fast, friendly, aligned, ... A special thanks to Itzel, who was our waitress. You should teach in 90% of the other restaurants in the US!
